Using the app

You may use Briscola for personal, non-commercial play. You may not decompile it, resell it, or use it to disrupt other players.

Online play is a shared space. Choosing an offensive display name, deliberately abandoning matches to affect ratings, or using automated tools to play may result in your access to online features being withdrawn.

Accounts

Online play uses an anonymous identifier rather than an account you register. It lives on your device: if you delete the app or switch phones without a purchase to restore, that identifier and its rating are gone.

Premium

Premium is a single purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. It unlocks four-player partnership games, all regional decks, cross-session statistics and ranked online play when it is available.

Purchases are made through Apple or Google and their refund policies apply. Premium can be restored on a new device through the store account used to buy it.

Fair play

Every deal is generated from a seed fixed before the match begins, and every match carries a code that lets you replay that exact deal. The computer opponent plays only from the cards it can legitimately see.

Availability

Single-player games work without a connection and will keep working regardless of the state of our servers. Online play depends on services we do not control and may be unavailable or discontinued.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from its use, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
